Product Introduction:

This machine is used in chemical, food,agricultural industry and so on,especially suitable for dry and wet materials grinding.

 

Working Principle:

This machine applies the relative motion between the high-speed running motive spider and stationary,mutual striking among materials to spider to impact,shred the material,thus to reach to objective of pulverizing material.This machine has simple structure,stable option,low noise and good pulverizing effect. Material will be discharged outsides directly from pulverizing room after pulverization. Coarse pulverization or fine pulverization shall be got by selecting different sieves of

different diameter.

1. The contact material is made of food grade 304 stainless steel, which meets the requirements of food and GPM;

2. Dual use of dry and wet. It can crush both dry materials and wet and high moisture materials; It can be used to make dry powder, as well as to grind fresh vegetables, fruits, wet leaves, corn, rice, etc. into a slurry and granules;

Regarding The Feeding Hopper:

The standard is a square feeding hopper, and the volume of the feeding hopper can be customized according to customer requirements.

If your material is a bit long, the feeding hopper can be made into a horizontal long hopper.

The feeding hopper can be made into square, circular, etc., and the shape of the feeding hopper can also be customized according to your requirements.
