Product Introduction:

V type mixer is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry, building materials industry, coating, condiment
of industries such as powder mix the raw materials.

 

Working Principle:

V type cylinder in the drive shaft driving to rotate around the center for the rotary motion, one of the material also
with V type two tilt cylinder for gravity diffusion movement, when V type cylinder (bottom) the joint of the rotation is
located in position, and when V type cylinder is located in the joint of the rotating position, together in the bottom of
the material be shunted to the two inclined the cylinder body, make each inclined cylinder materials and the mouth
can be connected to another inclined in the cylinder. With the constantly rotating cylinder, the location of the changes,
V type cylinder material being repeatedly dislocation, translation, and the diffusion, so as to realize the mixture evenly.
