About import duties / customs clearance:
1. If you choose "Seller's Shipping Method", we will help you arrange shipment. Send the goods to your nearest
seaport! You have to pick up the goods at the port.

storage fees, etc.), customs clearance fees, and delivery taxes. We are not responsible for any customs or import

About express receipt:

Kind reminder:
1) Regarding transportation:
When you receive the goods, please immediately open the cardboard box to check if the goods are intact before
signing to confirm receipt. If there is any damage, please refuse the visa. Please take photos or videos as evidence
and contact customer service on the spot to resolve the issue. After normal delivery, the courier company will not
claim compensation.
2) Regarding returns and exchanges:
a. After receiving the goods, we support free machine testing. If you are not satisfied with the results, you can return
or exchange the goods within 7 days.
Non quality issues, the buyer shall bear the return shipping cost. The seller shall bear the shipping cost for returns
caused by quality issues.
b. When returning or exchanging goods, please return them in their original packaging, express delivery, and original
machine accessories to ensure that they do not affect secondary sales.
3) The transportation process caused the product to be damaged, and the buyer did not open the box for inspection
and signed for it directly. Later, due to the damaged goods, the buyer returned the product and had to bear the shipping

4) Regarding warranty:
a. The knives are vulnerable parts and are not within the warranty period;
